All products sold by Raw Vibes are RAW unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please use common safety practices when handling our products. Even though our freeze-dried meats are dry and shelf-stable when stored appropriately, they are still raw meats! Wash your hands and any surfaces the products were in contact with thoroughly.
All products sold by Raw Vibes are described in detail so you can be sure of what you are purchasing. All ingredients and processes are listed. All ingredients are made from human grade meat; however, our food is not intended for human consumption. Many of our products contain ground bone (which is listed in the description where applicable). Our products are meant to be fed either as packaged or rehydrated with clean, fresh water added. You may also choose to add them to your pets' current diet or mix with other ingredients you purchase elsewhere. Raw Vibes cannot be held responsible for any errors in handing of our products including method of storage, cooking (not recommended!), rehydrating, mixing with other items (whether other commercial food or human foods), or your animals' individual dietary needs whether diagnosed or not.
Our staff can make recommendations, but ultimately the choice is yours how and what to feed your pet. We regularly process a large variety of meats in our facility and it is possible that on occasion cross-contamination can occur between protein types. If your animal has any known allergies or food intolerances, please contact us prior to ordering so we can advise you on whether or not we can accommodate.
We cannot diagnose any illness or address specific dietary concerns. Your veterinarian is the best resource for animals with dietary-related issues. Every product sold by Raw Vibes has been fed to our own animals with excellent results. We have not fed any type of commercial food in many years and our animals have thrived! By purchasing from Raw Vibes you agree that you have done your own research and/or consulted with your veterinarian and are taking responsibility for your animals' diet.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. We recommend trying a "sampler pack" or small quantity if your pet is picky and/or hasn't tried freeze dried raw before. Most pets that have eaten kibble or dehydrated treats don't have any hesitation to eat a freeze-dried treat. In our experience, raw-fed pets also are quick to get excited about a freeze-dried raw treat. If you plan to make an entire meal out of freeze-dried raw products for a pet that has never eaten raw before, we are happy to give you some tips to get your pet started if they aren't immediately interested. Credit/exchanges may be made for unopened packages of food shipped back to us, but please contact first for specific instructions. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned items. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive something different than what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation by shipping you the correct item or providing a credit for a future order. Depending on the product quantity, we may have you return it (at our cost) or donate it to a shelter/rescue of your choosing. To process a refund/exchange, we must be contacted before the product is disposed of or shipped back to us.
Package damaged during shipping and/or something seems "off" in any way? If the product packaging is damaged, it is possible the product safety could be compromised. Please keep the food and packaging, but do not feed your pet the food. Contact us for advisement immediately. Safety is our number one priority. We will likely need photos of any damage to your order's packaging in order to refund you and file a claim with the shipper. To process a refund/exchange, we must be contacted before the product is disposed of or shipped back to us.
SHIPPING INFO
All products listed as available in the online store are ready to ship. We ship Monday through Friday within 24-36 hours of receipt of order. All orders are shipping USPS priority mail with tracking number and insurance. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days but will occasionally take longer due to a variety of factors such as extreme weather or federal holidays. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Orders of $75+ ship free!
