Much of what we make is also appropriate for exotic/wild carnivores. Our products should be considered supplementary to your veterinarian's nutritional advice.

Our Founder
Meghan Leah Waals
Raw Vibes was created and originally owned and run by Meghan Leah Waals. She has been raw feeding, writing scientific articles and has several published books on raw feeding cats, dogs and ferrets including the first of its a kind....a raw recipe book.
She lives in beautiful Lancaster County with her 10 cats. She is a retired Bengal Breed Preservationist who strictly raised her cats and kittens on raw as well as an Animal Wellness Coach educating animal lovers on species appropriate nutrition, behavior and wellness, doing so for over a decade since 2010.
Meghan holds a degree in Psychobiology, Pre-Veterinary with a minor in Evolutionary Studies. She has taken extra courses in Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, Microbiology and holds certifications in Pet Psychology, Pet Nutrition and is a Raw Food Nutrition Specialist. Raw feeding has been one of many passions Meghan has taken to the next level, not only innovating the raw feeding experience and collaborating on what other raw food companies provide, but truly has integrated appropriate raw feeding into her companion's lives successfully.
Our Operator
Lori Lipham Denley
A long-time close friend of the creator Meghan Waals, Lori purchased the business in the Fall of 2025. She has been raw feeding since 2003.
She lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina with her many cats and one dog. She has been a Bengal breeder since 2008 and has strictly raised her cats and kittens on raw. She is passionate about health testing her breeding cats and educating cat owners and breeders about genetic diversity, health testing, and animal nutrition. Lori's current dog and previous dogs were all fed raw. In fact, raw feeding helped her identify the cause of two of her dog food allergies and provide them relief from those allergies.
Lori holds degrees in both Psychology and Human Services and is also a former veterinary assistant and animal shelter volunteer.
She is actively involved in cat showing with The International Cat Association (TICA). She is a licensed head ring clerk, master clerk, entry clerk, show manager, and is working on her requirements to apply to the judging program in late 2026 or early 2027.

Cricket "Kitten" Denley
Lori's rescue cat "Kitten" was the pet that started her on the raw feeding journey. Kitten was born in Alabama in April of 2003 when Lori's brother and girlfriend adopted a friendly, very pregnant stray cat they named Karma. Lori and her future husband Travis adopted Kitten when she was around 8 weeks old. After debating about name choices for several weeks, she was named Cricket, but the nickname "Kitten" had already stuck.
Kitten is over 21 years old now and has been raw fed almost exclusively for her entire life. She serves as an ambassador for raw feeding and loves everyone she meets.
Kitten has been the original product tester for Lori's recipes since 2003. Over the course of her life she tried chicken, beef, rabbit, pork, turkey, duck, goose, quail, mice, fish of many types, frog, lamb, goat, and guinea fowl.

All our ingredients are human-grade purchased from grocery stores, butcher shops, or local farms that are sold for consumption by families like yours. We do not use any meat products that are denatured, diseased, expired, or otherwise unsuitable for human consumption. None of our products contain any fillers, artificial colors, artificial flavors, additives, fillers, grains, or legumes. We strive to make it easy and convenient to choose quality food for your carnivorous animal family.
