Shipping

All products listed as available in the online store are ready to ship.  We ship Monday - Friday within 24-36 hours of receipt of order.  All orders are shipping USPS priority mail with tracking number and insurance.  Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days but will occasionally take longer due to a variety of factors such as extreme weather or federal holidays.  We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  Orders of $75+ ship free! 

We DO accept custom orders for products that are not currently in-stock.  For custom orders, shipping time-frame and cost will depend on the individual order and will be given before the order is completed.  Orders of $75+ ship free!  We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Local Pick-Up

We do allow local pick-up at our manufacturing facility in Burnsville, North Carolina by appointment only.  You may place your order online and then email to schedule a pick-up (in which case your shipping fee will be refunded at time of pick-up) OR you may schedule pick-up via email before placing your order with no shipping fee paid.
